Our Story

Pinnacle Nursing Solutions was created by a group of nurses who shared a common realization: when strong cultures exist, nurses flourish—and when they don’t, the entire system feels the impact. We have each led councils, mentored teams, navigated change, and worked within professional practice models across various settings. Through these experiences, we have seen firsthand how the Magnet® and Pathway to Excellence® frameworks could elevate teams when applied with intention and heart.

But we also saw the gap between having a framework and living a culture.

We founded Pinnacle to bridge that gap.
