Christine is a seasoned nursing leader and consultant with a passion for elevating professional nursing practice and patient outcomes. A registered nurse since 1996, she has spent over 15 years advancing nursing excellence through evidence-based frameworks such as ANCC Magnet®, Pathway to Excellence®, and Well-Being Excellence™ programs.

Christine served as one of the original ANCC Pathway to Excellence Appraisers evaluating healthcare organizations nationwide from 2008 - 2021. During that time she wrote two successful Pathway documents before transitioning to Magnet program work in 2018.

Christine supports organizations through every phase of Magnet designation, from education and gap analyses to document preparation and appraiser site visit readiness. Her expertise includes building sustainable Professional Governance structures, coordinating NDNQI data, and improving nursing-sensitive outcomes to achieve and sustain nursing excellence. Most recently, she became a Well-Being Excellence Program Appraiser, continuing her dedication to workforce wellbeing and nursing culture excellence.

Christine earned her Master of Science in Public Health from Southern New Hampshire University in 2018 and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Rhode Island in 1996. Christine is also a Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS), credentialed by the Certification Board for Professionals in Patient Safety.
