My work focuses on making research and evidence-based practice practical, approachable, and aligned with organizational priorities, so that clinical inquiry becomes part of everyday practice and long-term strategy.
About Ali
Dr. Alison Partridge, PhD, RN, NPD-BC, is a Research Nurse Scientist and healthcare
consultant specializing in clinical research, evidence-based practice, and quality
improvement. She has extensive experience in perianesthesia and acute care settings
and focuses on translating research into practical strategies that improve patient
outcomes and strengthen nursing practice.
She leads nursing research and evidence-based initiatives aligned with organizational
priorities and American Nurses Credentialing Center requirements. She is recognized
for advancing nursing research infrastructure, mentoring clinicians in study design and
implementation, and supporting integration of clinical inquiry into practice and strategy.
Dr. Partridge holds a PhD in Nursing and is board-certified in Nursing Professional
Development. She is an active member of the Institutional Review Board and promotes
a culture of research, innovation, and evidence-based care.
As a consultant, she partners with healthcare organizations to develop nursing research
programs and design and implement research, evidence-based practice, and quality
improvement initiatives. Her expertise includes gap identification, study design, survey
research, data analysis, and dissemination through publications and national
presentations.
